Laser marking machine is a new type of highly automated marking processing equipment. It has many applications in many industries. It can mark metal and most non-metal materials with stable performance and high marking quality. However, although it has a long service life and is not prone to failure, it belongs to mechanical equipment. It will produce more or less abnormalities in long-term operation, such as the problem of sudden light failure during the operation of the laser marking machine. Several reasons are for reference only. If you cannot solve it, please contact the after-sales personnel for inspection and maintenance.


Exclusion method of laser hitting machine:


1. In the parameter settings, see that the laser type is incorrect. It belongs to a major cause of continuous light emission failure.


2. Pull Jiu Rui's control line to see if the control line appears loose. The connection is unreliable.

3. Remove the control line (nine-core wire) from the power supply of the laser marking machine, and then follow the laser power button to analyze whether the power supply or the motherboard is faulty.


4. If the firing is normal, it means that the power supply is not faulty.


5. If the firing is not normal, then there is a problem with the power supply.


6. When the power of the laser marking machine is normal, connect the control line, and then use a multimeter to measure the switches on the wiring board to control the pins. If the light is not on, the normal voltage is above 4 volts, below 3 volts. The output of the motherboard is abnormal; when the light is on, the voltage of this pin should be below 2 volts. If the output is higher than 2.5 volts, it is abnormal.


7. Check the input signal of the laser. If there is a signal, the laser is out of order.


8. Open the laser cavity and use a dimming film. Under the premise of turning on the laser, see if there is laser output in the laser output port. If there is a laser, then the problem is nothing more than the following accessories of the laser marking machine: galvanometer, beam expander, red beam combiner, and field lens.
